12.31.25 - wrapping up 2025

Good morning , 

Last year, I set out to launch new products and get my products into a few local businesses. I didn’t do anything of that. It won’t stop me from making new goals. Goals are good, but for me, they’re more like a guide than a measure of success. 

This year was still very successful, even though I didn’t check every box. I continued to share the goodness of God through my company. I got some admin things taken care of that I put off for longer than I should have. I became a better business owner. I trusted God more than I ever have. I published a book. I built new friendships. I surrendered control for a lot of things I was holding on to. I grew in my knowledge of the Lord. Even though I didn't get into any local businesses, I did get my products into a few small businesses through Faire. I became very honest with my feelings instead of avoiding them. I rested without feeling guilty. It was quite a year.

Looking ahead, I don’t foresee releasing any new products this year. With the way the economy has been, and other projects on my plate, I’m very proud of what we have now. That honestly feels good to say. If anything, I will be switching a few product labels, and this will hopefully prevent me from making any price increases. And it may even allow some new soaps to be added!

I'm ready for a new year. There was a lot of growth that happened this year that I wasn't expecting. I know that it wouldn't have happened in a place of comfort, so while I don't like it, I'm grateful for it. 

Here's to a new year of becoming more like Christ!
